To be able to provide offers customized to your needs, we will have a record of your visits and comments on our Website, as well as the advertising material published in it; which will be used for statistical purposes related to our services.
We will eventually use your email address to respond to your claims, requirements and suggestions.
In this regard, we inform you that our databases will not store data different from the aimed to meet the needs described above, so any other data made provided to us will not be stored in any form in our company, for which we must highlight that we will segregate your sensitive data, in order to ensure that it will not be included in our databases.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the airport by our staff at the arrivals area corresponding to your flight (international or domestic), holding a sign with your name, in order to take you as quick and comfortably as possible to your destination.
At the end of your stay in Medellin, you will be picked up at your hotel or residence and transferred to Jose Maria Cordova Airport with enough time for flight check-in.
The transfer will be confirmed within a period of 24 hours from the moment of booking.
Clarifications
- Private trips in a sedan-type vehicle can accommodate up to 4 people, with a maximum of 4 medium-sized suitcases.
- Our prices are not charged by number of people but by transfer to the airport, tour or trip as the case may be.
- The price for 1 person is the same as for 2, 3 or 4 people.
- In the event of excess luggage (More than 4 medium size suitcases), you must request an extra vehicle or a van.
- Transfers from and to the airport between 10:00 pm and 4:30 am have a surcharge.
- Remember that it is necessary to be at least 3 hours in advance at the airport for international flights, and 2 hours in advance for domestic flights.
- Keep in mind the transfer time between Medellin and the Jose Maria Cordova International Airport (45 minutes approx.).

Please describe clearly the contracted service at the time of payment. For example: "Payment made for airport transfer and Peñol Guatape tour". Once our staff has verified your payment, we will immediately proceed with the service booking.
In Colombia
Make your payments in Colombia through deposit or transfer to the Bancolombia savings account No. 55126840062 in the name of Medellin Trip Support (NIT.900.338.734 -4). Please send proof of payment in addition to all the data corresponding to the person who performed the booking and a description of the paid service, for example "Payment made for airport transfer and Peñol - Guatape tour". Once our staff has verified your payment, we will immediately proceed with the service booking.
